Returns
We here at Aloha Strong use all our resources to fulfill orders and prints as they come in. Sometimes this means we have to utilize a drop shipper on certain items that are out of stock in our Hawaii store. When we do not have stock locally, orders go directly to our other manufacturer. As a result, we unfortunately, cannot accept returns for Aloha Strong goods that are from our drop shipper. Each print is essentially a custom order. So ordering the correct size is crucial, for this reason we've included size guides with each apparel item from our manufacturer. If a product ever arrives damaged or with an error, don't hesitate to reach out as a replacement can be sent. We require an image of the damaged product, which we then submit to the manufacturer.
Defective / Wrong Items
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the item and send it to [email protected] along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain the issue in your email and we will respond to make it right!
Some apparel may be printed by our other manufacturer and sent directly to you. This means we don't see the item before it ships out, and occasionally an error can be made by them. If you are unhappy with the print, please take a photo of the item as soon as you receive it and email us at [email protected]
Canceled Orders
If you decide you need to cancel an order and it's within our ability (the items has not yet been shipped or custom printed) we are happy to issue a refund, however we may not refund the fees charged by Paypal or other credit card processors. Thanks for understanding!
Lost Packages
In the rare case that you suspect your package has been lost it is important that you contact us no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date.
Undeliverable Items
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our Hawaii store or our drop shippers' warehouse. For orders returned to our Hawaii location, a partial refund will ensue after receipt. This will balance out our shipping cost to send out your product/s. Concurrently, if your order is shipped from our drop shipper and is deemed, undeliverable, your will not receive a refund, as it will be considered a custom order. It is important that you check the shipping address at checkout and payment to ensure we ship to the right location.
Items that can’t be Returned
All lotions, oils, moisturizers, and protective face masks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service at 808-676-0700 or email [email protected].
Why Did I Only Receive Part Of My Order?
Certain items like stickers, hats and some t-shirts are shipped from our Hawaii store while other items like certain apparel and mugs are shipped by our other manufacturer so it is pretty common to have things ship out in separate orders. If you placed an International order it is possible that some of your order could be produced in Europe while the rest is produced in the United States which will also result in separate packages.
